Terms of Service

YourSalon (the website https://www.yoursalon.eu, the YourSalon mobile app and related interfaces) is operated by Jan Vancak, business ID 87592193, registered at Na Pancave 530, 538 51 Chrast, Česká republika (“we”, “us”).

These terms govern your use of the service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

YourSalon is an intermediary. We help a client find a salon and arrange a time. The service itself — the haircut, the colour, the massage — is provided solely by the salon.

The contract for the service is between the client and the salon, not between the client and us. The salon is responsible for delivering the service and for its quality, price, cancellation rules and complaint handling.

We are neither the employer nor the agent of any salon, and we do not guarantee the availability, quality or price of what a salon offers.

You can browse and book without an account. An account is needed for your booking history, saved salons, reviewing a visit and notification settings.

You must be at least 16 to create an account. The details you give must be accurate, and you are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Security → Delete account). Deletion anonymises your profile and signs out every device. Bookings you already made stay with the salon as its own business record.

A booking sent through the app is a proposed time. The salon confirms, changes or declines it according to its own rules and capacity.

You can reschedule or cancel in the app where the salon’s rules allow it. Cancellation windows, deposits and no-show fees are set by the salon and shown with its offer.

Repeatedly failing to show up for a booked appointment may lead to booking being restricted.

Some salons on the map come from open data (OpenStreetMap) and from the salon’s own public website. These salons have no relationship with us and may not know a record exists.

Every such record says plainly that it comes from an open directory, that online booking is unavailable, and how reliable the data is. We never show slots, ratings or reviews for them — we have nowhere to get those from.

The details may be incomplete or out of date. If you spot something wrong, tell us in the app: reports from clients who actually tried to reach the salon are our main correction signal.

If you own a salon and want to claim, correct or remove its record, write to info@yoursalon.cz. We handle removal requests without undue delay.

A salon using the service to take bookings is responsible for the accuracy of its profile, prices, opening hours and availability, and for honouring confirmed appointments.

A salon may upload only photographs it holds the rights to. Where a photograph shows a client, the salon must have that client’s consent to publish it.

A salon must comply with the law applicable to its business — including hygiene rules, trade licensing, tax, and the protection of its clients’ personal data.

Prices for paid features and subscription terms are shown with the relevant offer on https://www.yoursalon.eu.

Only a client whose visit the salon marked as completed can leave a review. Cancelled and future appointments cannot be reviewed.

A review must describe your own experience. Abusive, misleading, discriminatory or unlawful content is not allowed, and neither is content published in exchange for payment. The salon may reply publicly.

You can report content in the app or at info@yoursalon.cz. We may remove content that breaks these terms; repeated breaches may end the account.

By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the service. You keep ownership.

You must not:

• make bookings you do not intend to keep;
• impersonate another person or salon;
• scrape data, work around technical limits, or place unreasonable load on the service;
• use salon contact details for unsolicited commercial messages;
• publish unlawful content or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

The service is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may take it down for maintenance or change it.

We are not liable for the conduct of a salon or a client, for a service that was not delivered or was delivered badly, or for loss arising from inaccurate details in records that come from open data.

None of this limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, nor any consumer right that cannot be limited by agreement.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the relationship between you and us.

The details needed to fulfil a booking — name, phone, email — are passed to the salon you book with. That salon is an independent controller of those details.

We may change these terms. We will tell you about a material change in the app or by email at least 14 days in advance. If you do not accept the change you can delete your account.

The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and disputes fall to the competent Czech courts.

Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, adr.coi.cz.
